New Publishing contract

I am thrilled to be signing a great publishing contract within the next two weeks. I spent the Spring and Summer months in my garden as this is really as far as I can get on ‘good’ days. Having ME/CFS means some days in bed or in the house. This is mostly my world.

My new book is a book of poems I wrote focusing on the natural world but some have a political voice, others speak about social justice, some about cruelty others kindness. I made fine line illustrations to go with every poem. I will post a few on this webpage for a taster. The book will be titled Dermis. It will be launched next year. I’m disappointed not to be able to attend the Publishers event at the British Library this evening but maybe next year…
